A warm down ensures that you remain healthy and in the right shape to continue with the training later. Do not forget to drink lots of water because you lose a lot of it during the training session. You lose lots of water during training and drinking water helps to hydrate your body. Take lots of fruits and vegetables to supply the body with essential nutrients.
